Fan Yang

Principal Investigator / Professor

Fan is currently a PI/Professor at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Fan completed her postdoctoral training at Stanford University. Before that, she holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Computational Biology from the University of Toronto and dual bachelor's degrees in Biological Sciences and Mathematics.

She has published over 20 SCI papers, with more than 10 in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Cell, Nature Medicine, Cell Host & Microbe), accumulating 5,700+ citations.
