ImmunOmicsAI Lab integrates high-throughput single-cell multi-omics, DNA-tagged clonal lineage tracing technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to investigate B cell developmental trajectories, functional regulation, and immune dynamics.
Our research aims to elucidate the roles of B cells in autoimmune diseases, infection immunity, and vaccine development. We focus on B cell antigen recognition and presentation, antibody affinity maturation, and immune memory formation and maintenance.
By leveraging AI-driven multi-omics data integration, we predict B cell function and fate across different disease contexts and explore precise regulatory strategies for advancing intelligent, efficient, and precise immunotherapy and vaccine design.
